With effect from 23 April 2017, our One-Time Password will be enhanced to numeric format. The SMS from RHB Bank which you receive will now have 6-digit numerical OTP instead of the previous alpha-numerical (nnn88n). Below is an example of how the SMS would appear:

RHB: 23/04/17 09:00:00AM Trxn: Login to Internet Banking.
Security Code: AAAAAA
One-Time Password: 888888

Transaction Signing
This feature will be incorporated for the following transactions:  

  • Add Favourite Fund Transfer to Other RHB Account
  • Add Favourite Fund Transfer to Other Bank Account
  • Foreign Telegraphic Transfer
  • Change Mailing Address
  • Change Daily Transaction Limit
  • Favourite Fund Transfer to Other RHB Account*
  • Favourite Fund Transfer to Other Bank Account*
*Only when the transaction amount exceeds the threshold limit

Choose to either have SMS OTP or Token OTP as your preferred choice of authentication for the following transactions:  

  • Login
  • Reset Password
  • Open Bill Payment
  • Add Favourite Bill Payment
  • Banker’s Cheque Application
  • Change Password

Don't fall prey to online banking scams.

Kindly be aware of any e-mail claimed from RHB Bank requesting for personal and account details.

Please be informed that the bank will never ask the customer to reveal and update their personal and account details or any other sensitive information pertaining to the customer’s account via emails.

In the event of such email received, please do not act upon it. Instead, please contact our Customer Care & Contact Centre immediately at 800 601 1742 or 603 9145 1388 (for overseas).
